Analysis
Implementing solutions that don’t address the root cause(s) of workplace issues will only result in short-term symptom cover-up. We are committed to front-end analysis to ensure that the solution(s) we propose for you address the true need.
We can help you conduct your own internal analysis or involve you in the design and conduct an analysis for or with you. Our approach utilizes existing data and seeks to fill in any gaps in information with additional data gathering techniques such as surveys, interviews and focus group studies.
We utilize different analysis approaches depending on the nature of the problem:
