Hohne Consulting, LLC is a human performance improvement consulting company that will work collaboratively with you to identify the root causes of your workforce performance gaps. Our Founder, Carolyn K. Hohne
Carolyn Hohne is a performance improvement consultant with over 19 years experience in the field of human resource development.
She has expertise in the design and development of structured learning events for audiences ranging from technical manufacturing employees, to business executives. She has helped many clients integrate training evaluation into their training curriculum.
In addition, Carolyn helps her clients identify the workforce implications of their business strategies and, when necessary, helps to redesign work processes. She has assisted organizations with the implementation of performance management systems, design and analysis of surveys and the implementation of team-based multisource feedback systems.
She is co-author of Human Performance Improvement: Building Practitioner Competence, Butterworth-Heineman, 2000; a book written to help those in the training or related professions, transition into the performance consulting role.
Carolyn has an M.S. in Instructional Technology and has designed and developed numerous multimedia training programs. She has helped clients successfully integrate technology-based learning into their overall training strategy.
Carolyn has presented on training and performance consulting topics at several national conferences including the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) International Conferences, American Society for Training and Development’s (ASTD) National Technical Skills Training Conferences, ASTD’s National Tech-Knowledge Conferences, and ASTD’s International Conferences. Carolyn has also presented at the Computer-Based Training Conference and the National Industrial Hygiene Conference.
